You can lose weight fast, but it won't be permanent! Try the Atkins Diet or go on a liquid fast. Trust me, you will feel really bad on both. Be careful and good luck!

Exercise as much as your body will let you, but don't overdo it! Drink tons of water and be very careful with what you eat. You have to make sure you are taking vitamins and eating healthy foods. Lots of fruits, veggies, etc. No "empty calories." I used to just cut the fat and soda and drink a lot of water and I'd lose five to ten pounds of bloat within a day or two. A good workout helps lose a lot of bloating, too.

Go on a liquid diet. Drink nothing but slim fast or other diet drinks. I can't vouch for how safe it is but weight will drop off of you very quickly.

Try crystal methedrine. It will destroy your bones and rot your teetha and mind but you'll lose weight really fast. Oh , and for some people its instantly addictive and hell to get off of.

Try not drinking any soda or eating candy. My sister did this and she lost 10 pounds.

After each meal has ended, extend 1 finger, put in front of your mouth and stick it down your throat.
