Only if you're freaking retarded. That's dangerous, unsanitary, and wouldn't work. Liposuction works by a big needle stuck in the fatty part of your body, breaking it up by jabbing it and tearing the fat, and then sucking it out.

There was an urban legend about someone who did this but what killed him wasn't the "home lipo" machine it was his reaction to the anasthetic that was used.
I don't remember if this particular urban legend was true or not. They said that the machine would have worked (that doesn't mean that it would have worked well or not left scarring, which is the point of modern liposuction to avoid).
