Well Relacore claims to but if you look at the fine print on diet pills they all say you still need diet, exercise and lots of water.
My advice work on the abs but also the love handles and back muscles. You have to work the whole area and it's support structure to get a truly flat tummy. Get a pot belly and it strains the back big time.

I don't know about pills, but running is the best way that I know. When running, suck your tummy in and keep your back straight. In about three weeks/3 times a day, u will see a difference.
