Lean cuisines are great.. I eat one for lunch everyday and it has helped me a lot.. Plus I excercise... They taste really good. The one I don't like is the steak, but the rest are good...

I agree with Inga Z in theory, but I understand that it's not really possible for some of us to do that. The best way to find good ones is trial and error. And look at labels b/c sometimes things say they are low calorie but the calorie count is so high to begin with that low calorie for that particular product is still pretty high. I couldn't stop eating Special K bars when I was dieting. Those things are so good and perfect for when you need a snack. Also, no frozen dinner in the history of the world has been as good as it looked on the box.
Good luck.

look at the nutritional information of each. Each company (healthy choice, weight watchers, etc.) all have some meals that are better than others and some that are worse than others (brands of healthy frozen foods). Spend an hour and do some comparative shopping of the nutrition labels and make a list of which companies have the best frozen meals for your food.
Be carefull though, not all weight watchers or healthy choice or lean cuisine meals are actually good, there are a few that have unessesary sugar or salt.
Canned foods especially have excessive sodium to preserve them, try to avoid these as much as possible.

you'll drop extra pounds in the event you stick with the healthful frozen dinners, like Lean Cuisine or Healthy Choice or Weight Watchers. I devour Lean Cuisine and Weight Watchers most likely and feature misplaced tons of weight. I have not eaten too a number of the new South Beach foods. I percent the meals I'll devour at paintings, with five-6 small foods for the period of the day. I drink water at all times and recreation almost each morning the very first thing earlier than breakfast.

I normally stick with Healthy Choice, WW Smart Ones or Lean Cuisine. Some are actually very good. I mostly eat the chicken varieties, but the roast beef ones are good too.
Good luck on your diet and remember to always eat a good breakfast. It has been proven that ppl who skip breakfast eat more calories the balance of the day.

Most of the Smart Ones are good. The Healthy Choice Mixed Grills are Fabulous! I also like the Lean Gourmets.
All in all, for the most part, there are only a few things that are disappointing... most are very satisfying. I've found I'm not a big fan of Lean Pockets in general, but most other companies have only one or two duds in their whole offering.

if you are on a diet, you shouldn't be loading up on the sodium in those things.
if its a matter of time and convenience.. cook one day of the week and make meals for every day.. or do what i do.. make a big pot of something you dont get tired of that is also nutricious. (i make a big pot of brown rice, canned black beans rinsed, tomatos, and frozen corn)
