not that i take it seriously but why hasn't anyone ever heard of a person being possessed by the holy spirit or god, being uncontrollably good and charitable and miraculous? Surely it's only fair that there's "intervention" from both sides.

Well some people believe that stigmata is an intervention from God.

The difference is God wants to work with people who are willing not force himself on them.I did read an interesting book some years ago by a physiologist who didn't really believe in demonic activity so he asked people to contact him if they knew of any cases they believed to be such. The first two cases he saw as easily defined conditions but the third case changed the way he viewed such phenomenon. The book was titled something like people of the lie or something not sure but author was M. Scott Peck.

What about Mother Theresa and Billy Graham? they are filled with the spirit and so are hundreds of ministers who help ppl every day of their lives!!! do you think they make more than brain surgeons Most dont...

God gives you free will he doesn't posses you, or make you do anything you don't want to
