It appears as if you are merely looking online for affirmation of your own disbelief - because you doubt the things you want to believe.
I do not doubt my beliefs. You see, God wants everyone to be saved. But that does not mean everyone wants God to save them. See the difference?
That is the difference between one who has hope in Salvation, and one who does not.

Catholicism does not teach that all non-Catholics will go to hell.
The Catechism of the Catholic Church states:
About Non-Catholic Christian Churches: Furthermore, many elements of sanctification and of truth are found outside the visible confines of the Catholic Church: "the written Word of God; the life of grace; faith, hope, and charity, with the other interior gifts of the Holy Spirit, as well as visible elements. Christ's Spirit uses these Churches and ecclesial communities as means of salvation, whose power derives from the fullness of grace and truth that Christ has entrusted to the Catholic Church. All these blessings come from Christ and lead to him.
About Judaism: "The Jewish faith, unlike other non-Christian religions, is already a response to God's revelation in the Old Covenant. To the Jews "belong the sonship, the glory, the covenants, the giving of the law, the worship, and the promises; to them belong the patriarchs, and of their race, according to the flesh, is the Christ"; "for the gifts and the call of God are irrevocable.
About Islam: The plan of salvation also includes those who acknowledge the Creator, in the first place amongst whom are the Muslims; these profess to hold the faith of Abraham, and together with us they adore the one, merciful God, mankind's judge on the last day.
About other non-Christian religions: All nations form but one community. This is so because all stem from the one stock which God created to people the entire earth, and also because all share a common destiny, namely God. His providence, evident goodness, and saving designs extend to all against the day when the elect are gathered together in the holy city.
With love in Christ.

1) the catholic church DOES NOT state that all non believers are bound for hell. the right to judge the character of a man's soul lies squarely on the shoulders of God alone.
2) the fact that some people will not be saved does not make me doubt my faith. All are given the opportunity to reach for God, if they fail to take that opportunity then it is terribly sad, but not God's fault
3) the concept of heaven and hell being mere earthly constructs is an old heresy which is niether scripturally nor traditionally supported.

Mat 7:13 Go in through the narrow gate; for wide is the gate and broad is the way that leads to destruction, and many are the ones entering in through it.
Mat 7:14 For narrow is the gate, and constricted is the way that leads away into life, and few are the ones finding it.
Salvation is by grace alone, through faith alone, in Christ alone. Saved from the just punishment due us for our sin through the death and resurrection of Christ. Heaven and Hell are real places and not on earth.

the catholic church does not teach that non-believers are going to hell. have you paid no attention to the news. every single thing the pope has done has been promoting interfaith dialogue. i suggest you reasearch the church's teachings. ever heard of the catechism of the catholic church? it's a book. look at it some time.
