breakfast...it's the only meal that sets you up for the day. it gives you the boost of energy that you need in the morning, and it kick starts your metabolism! YAY BREAKFAST!!

Dpends are you talking about from an enjoyment view or a health view.. Technically Breakfast is the best meal, since you are breaking the fast of not eating all night.
But if you are talking about enjoyment, then i would say Dinner, since it is when most people have a decent amount of time to dedicate to making something delicious.

Supper ,
Our favorite meal
exchanging our news of the day
relaxing with the whole family
Supper can be a large festive meal
or a simple spread .
it is always the best meal of the day
and MUM ,
who cooked it all , to our special liking
gets to sit down
while the washing up, is sorted by the rest
of the "willing " family

a) breakfast because all the dietitians and all doctors are always saying that breakfast is the most important meal of the day especially if you are on a diet you can not miss breakfast!!

well i heard breakfast is the most important meal of the day because it keeps you going and energized but i personally like dinner the most because dinner tastes the best and it's more enjoyable.

A nice big breakfast is better because it will hold you for a while throughout the day... Atleast for me it works, plus I'm always hungry in the morning.. :)
