Master Bates-ha ha ha! I've got a better one! As a young pup I worked on a charter fishing boat; taking rich old geezers out for some game fishing in the Gulf of Mexico. We'd bait their hooks and fetch them beer, that sort of thing. After about 3 months I was put in charge of, among other things, baiting the hooks for the customers. My job title was---you guessed it---Master Baiter! I quit shortly after that!
