If I were you I would talk to him and find out what he likes to go out and do for fun and them let him know that you like the same thing. Then maybe you two could make plans to go out together and then you would surely get his number.

maybe he thinks you,re just a natural flirt and you don,t take him serious or maybe he needs you to talk about deeper things so he knows for sure. or like me maybe its the environment, there,s this girl that teases with me at work, but I don,t trust anyone at my job so its going to take more time for me to be more aggressive!
