I think that is the number one rule.
my best friend and i both burst out laughing at nothing, and then laugh at our stupid way of laughing. It goes on for hours! My friend sounds like a goose and a moose put together when she laughs. I used to snort, but i keep my self form doing it now. I laugh like a donkey, one of my other friends says. And when i laugh, i don't stop. I got in trouble with my history teacher about it. He is a BIG comedian!

well you're sad then. the goal is to make OTHERS laugh. although you have to KNOW that you're funny. also whats important is that you keep a straight face like you didnt even mean to say it. trust ME it works. LOL ;-)

not necessarily, it may sound funny for u but may not make others laugh. so its more imp that ur jokes makes other laugh rather than urself

no, there are a lot of comedians that just make fun of themselves, and, i admit, some of its funny, but i dont think its good for self esteem....
i hate being this serious about jokes, but its how i feel
