Millions of people all over the world are affected by hair loss, and it's not only the males that suffer this condition as even females are affected by this problem. What's sad is that many of the individuals affected by such a condition end up just accepting what is happening to their hair due to lack of information or options.

I don't know of any good ones. Rogain only works if in a certain part of the head. They'll have a diagram on the back of the box. It looks like it's in the back of the head it'll prevent hair loss from there. I have not found anything that actually works. Now this was a couple of years ago though. Just be careful with what you buy though. There's a lot of scams out there that say they work, but don't actually do anything.

Here's a link. Hope this helps:

Neither oil nor gel is going to help you. You need good weekly moisturizing treatments. Purchase a really good moisturizing shampoo and conditioner. I use Nexxuss or Generic Therappe. You can get it at Sally's. Drink a lot of water and eat fruit and veggies. Keep your hair clean and relatively oil free by washing it at least once/week and stop clogging your pores with oil. Silicone shining products are the best. You can also get a moisturizing cream... At One, African Pride and Motions make some good productss. If you have money to spare, should buy this guy's VitaStrand vitamins and his Moisture Healing Balm. I promise my hair is softer than ever and grows about 8-10" per year since I started using both. No lie.

Poor diet and stress can cause excessive hair loss. A good, healthy diet and minimum stress can help prevent hair loss. Also, a lot of cheaper products on the market aren't good for your hair. Salon professional products actually do make a difference, but if you don't want to buy them all the time just use them every now and again. Other factors causing hair loss are hair treatments, dyes, products such as hair sprays and continuously using heat appliances e.g. straighteners, hair dryers etc. This leads to breakage of the hair and can result in loss. Hope I helped. (:

Don.t use oil or gel because they clog hair follicals and smother them so they can no longer produce hair try baking soda mixed wiith shampoo to exfoliate the pores and create a cleaner opening in the follical so it will not become clogged with body or hair oil its like tilling the soil.

You need a good hair dressing not an oil. Oil will make your hair really greasy and limp. You need something with natural herbs and vitamins. You use the hair dressing while messaging your scalp. This will make the blood circulate to your hair follicles which causes hair growth.

Hair loss affects both men and women. Here are some natural remedies that can help boost hair growth: https://bitly.im/aL9CF While genetics plays a role, there are other factors, including: hormonal imbalances, an underactive thyroid gland, nutrient deficiencies and insufficient scalp circulation.

old timers' pomade would work, but if i were you, i wouldn't be using gel, coz it will accelerate ur hair loss instead of preventing it. also try rogaine, it is a hair regeneration shampoo. it's effectivity depends on user' reaction, so u might want to give it a try. My wife works at BOsley medical group, a hair transplant company, and thats a product they always suggest.

i use Nioxin shampoo & conditioner, but i'm not sure if it makes any difference in my thinning hair. if nothing else, though, it does feel nice -- minty & tingly -- and definitely feels like a quality product.

i have a small bottle of some kind of Nioxin treatment that i haven't tried yet (it was a free sample w/the shampoo).
