If you want the viewer to associate the images on screen with familiar, related sounds, I suggest you research the soundtracks of movies, featuring martial arts, combat and such. But don't take the easy route by using the EXACT same tracks used on the scened you borrow from.

Examples: the themes from Rocky, Karate Kid, Top Gun, The Longest Day, etc.

Also, some classical pieces automatically evoke martial feelings, such as the 1812 overture.

I think that having a good mix will allow for a better flow in the video and might make it more appealing to everyone. When I think sports/exercising, I think electronic music. How about Chemical Bros instead of Prodigy. Or some hard rock like Disturbed or System of a Down? Just a thought.

Celldweller :

"Switchback", and "the Last Firstborn" are both good up and downtempo switchup tracks that are both good for training, as well as I'd assume a video edit.
