Has anyone in Ireland dealt with the phone company Perlico I had a lot of trouble with them and need advice.?

I signed up with Perlico (over the phone) to provide me with broadband as well as take over my Eircom landline account.
They were supposed to follow up with a paper contract and a handover for me to sign for Eircom.
That was about five months ago, and I've heard nothing since, and still am with Eircom.
I went and got a 3G datacard from Vodafone for the laptop for broadband instead, which can also be used with a desktop, apparently, with a USB connector.
