I think the questioner meant "Curves for Women"-the "gym" which is kind of like a circuit training. I've known people that it has really helped-up to a point. After you reach that point, you need to join a real gym or use real weights at home to build muscle. I also hear that women do a lot of socializing there as well. My best friend's mom goes there, and she has the whole group of women she hangs out with who go there at the same time.

Curves has made it possible for us to have a place to go with the adequate equipment. But it will only work if you put in 90% of the effort. That's by "going" to Curves and maintaining a good eating routine....check links below.

Oh my god yes! not obese though curves in the right place. Not a good look to have your buttocks dragging behind your knees! I'd never give up mine for anything.
