I've been taking phentermine..aka.. phenphen one and off for the past two weeks..just this week I've been having crazy uncontrollable mood swings..ranging from sobbing to anger..to outbursts...and feelings of depression..I think its related to the drug

I take it also. I think that possibly the phentermine causes these problems you are talking about. I just have problems in the evening when I am "coming down". I have mood swings and yell at my family for little bitty things. You should talk to the doctor if it gets out of hand.

First off, Phentermine is NOT Phen-fen. It's half of Phen-fen, and the other half has been taken off the market. How can you possibly do proper research if you don't even know what your prescription is for?
If you feel that bad, stop taking it for a few days and see if those feelings go away. I didn't have any of that any of the times I took it but reactions are individual.
