what gives u the right to keep it in law the taking of babies life?
especially around the 6-9 month (partial birth abortion)
The baby is killed when it is only a few inches from being given full U.S. citizenship and the legal right to life. The baby is alive when the Partial Birth Abortion procedure is performed.

it goes way beyond just religous beliefs , this is a fact that SCIENCE has proved, the baby is in pain when they do this, the way i see it is if u are pro choice then this is what u are also agreeing with, for the simple fact who made partial birth abortions legal,PRO CHOICE

Abortion is never a good thing. It is essentially murder. It is the taking of one's life by another's hand. It is barbaric, disgusting, and totally against the nature of God. When a woman says she has the right to do with her body what she wants to, she is making a erroneous statement. She is not dealing with her own body when it comes to abortion. She is dealing with another person's body. Abortion is cruel and unjust.

Although I am pro-choice, I must admit that partial birth abortions after 6 months should only be allowed in cases where the mother's life is in jeapardy. If a person can't decide by 6 months if they want to keep the baby or not then they are too indecisive to be allowed to make their own decisions anyway.
These type of abortions after 6 months are the very thing that is causing the pro-choice movement harm. I think if most pro-choice people could agree on this issue then we would not have certain states trying to outlaw abortion altogether.
Plus, why leave the head inside while aborting it? Just to get around the technicality of it being born? Too shady. If your going to do it then pull it all the way out and do it!
This is coming from an agnostic who worships no god... and no government!

I'm personally against abortion. I'm really against partial birth abortion. Honestly, how can anyone do that? I can understand (though I don't support) first trimester abortion, but to wait until the baby is almost born before you kill it? What mother can do that to her child? What father can sit there and agree to that? While I would love for all abortion to be illegal, I know it will never happen. However, I would love, love, LOVE for partial birth abortion to be illegal since that is true murder. You might as well just go into a nursery and open fire, it's the same thing.

I have asked for you to provide proof that the Bible supports your fantasy that partial birth abortion is a sin, murder or even death. And you have failed to do so. Then you have the nerve to accuse people of "murder" or other such nonsense. God takes innocent lives all the time. And he instructs us to take innocent life in war and in the balance of nature that is called survival. When a hurricane, tornado, accident, flood, or other event takes an innocent life it is with God's knowledge. When God takes the life of an innocent fetus in miscarriage or abortion it is for a purpose you cannot understand. Everything that is living will die. It is God's will. The only valid question is "does this death fulfill God's will". And if it does, then the death is not only just, it is demanded. To subvert the will of God as you do is sin. You will burn in Hell for your pro life antics. There is no hope for you unless you repent.
Every innocent person from the beginning of time until the present has died. When you say that an innocent life should be saved, you are simply asking for something that is short term at the best, but most likely a grave and evil sin.
The Bible and the law along with common sense indicates that you are completely wrong in ALL the things you say. It is abundantly clear that abortion is called for in the Bible because Christ calls us to follow him and to live as he lives to glorify God. And it is God that invented abortion. To live a saintly life, we are commanded to pray to God and weigh the value of the fetus in God's terms. Is this fetus good for God's creation, or would His creation be better served by abortion. It is our duty as humans to follow his lead.

The kind of person who is irresponsible enough to have an unwanted/unplanned pregnancy in this day and age obviously doesn't care about anyone including themselves. As for those who are forced to become pregnant due to some unfortunate circumstance, all I can say about that is, I don't think because something bad happens it gives anyone the right to say your father was a monster so you don't get to live or be loved by your mother.
I love my son and although life hasn't always been easy my love for him still grows everyday through hardship, and happiness.

Pro choice, yes. Pro abortion, not necessarily. By the way, the Constitution guarantees freedom of choice.

sweety partial birth abortions are wrong. i believe that if the child has i viable chance to live outside of the womb it is too late for an abortion. now before the 28th week i believe that aa woman has the control and the choice to abort a fetus if she so desires as this fetus casnnot live outside of her body and thus is on the same level as a parasite

Pro choice does not mean pro abortion. Pro choice means respecting the right of the mother to do as she sees fit with her body. No one, I repeat, NO ONE, has the right to tell another person what she can or cannot do with her own body.
I may not agree with the decision being made, but I will respect a woman's rights to do as she sees fit.
Edit: Thank you, Blackacre. I appreciate that.

It is murder. Plain and simple. I don't care how these heartless people try to justify it.
They would be screaming murder if a woman killed her 1 hour old infant, but if she aborts her unborn child, it is her choice.
What is the difference? It is both murder.
I don't care how they try to justify it.
