Dudes, she said PUNK, not Maimi vice!

Listen to Crystal.... lots of black, anything with metal gromets in it, punk band t-shirt (Mistifts, Ramones, Dead Kennedys, The Clash...etc.) safety pins, black or olive drab messenger bag with patches or painted on skulls, plaid pants, black eyeliner, leather bracelets/collar with studs, gel up her hair into a mohawk or something cool and crazy... there's tons of stuff out there nowadays .... check out HotTopic... the store or online and you'll find tons of stuff.

i love doing '80s costumes...think short jean skirt with leggings underneath (i'd go black or a bright color), white high heels, maybe throw in some leg warmers for good measure. Either a jean jacket or a leather jacket, with fringe if you can find it. Tease the hair, and do bold crazy colored make-up. I did an '80s workout costume last year, but I have done the '80s rocker years ago, too. Oh, I also built a replica of an electric guitar out of cardboard...all depends on how much effort you want to put it in!

Hope she has fun!

Go to a thrift store for clothes and possibly shoes. You can get fishnet type stockings at most department stores and spray on hair color in neon should be with the Halloween supplies. You can get gaudy chains and bracelets at thrift stores or dollar stores. Have fun with it!

-lots of patches, preferably several with the anarchy symbol
-elmer's washable glue (apply and blow dry) for liberty spikes (all over her head)
-lots of safety pins and/or duct tape
-something plaid must be incorporated
-jeans have to be tight at the bottom.
-misfits or any punk-band tshirt

hehe. My fiance is into punk and he dressed like this in college. lol. :)

Watch a couple episodes of Miami Vice. Big hair and clashing neon should work well.

Combat boots/Dog Collars/Psychedelic Wig/Suicidal Tendencies white t-shirt.

ok...this should be fun!! ruffle short skirts, fish net stockings, t-shirts with rips....saftey pins attached to everything!! high heel ankle boots, big....and I mean, big earrings to go along with really big hair with lots of hairspray! converse high tops with funky colored stockings. My son went as a punk rocker last year and we bought jeans from the thrift store...ripped and cut them up...spray painted them in random areas......bought all different sizes of safety pins.....attached them........took a old tee and sliced and diced it....put more saftey pins on it with 'PUNK' spray painted on the front of it. chained wallet and lots of keychain accessories. converse shoes with different colored laces. and of course...wild hair!! hope you have lots of fun with it....we sure did and got lots of compliments!!!!

Tease the hair, big headbands, lots of bangle bracelets, legwarmers over the stirrup pants, big sweatshirt, converse shoes, bright blue eye shadow, lots of black eyeliner, bright red lipstick. For the clothes, preferably stick with the colors black, grey, and red.
