I don't think its so much that people get clingy its just that some people have been hurt so much that the next person that they meet just brightens up their lives so much that they don't want to let them go. So you have to be patient with them and you might come to find that you may get a little "clingy" yourself.

What do you mean, I mean seriously, what do you mean. Does clingy bother you. Once I thought it bothered me but it doesn't except when the person is really annoying and then they can just go on and on forever. Its embarrassing when your friends see this idiot going on and on forever and you really don't know them i mean what do they think that you just have all this time to listen to them and not to deal with your own problems. Do they even know or care what your own problems are? It can be really annoying.

becouse some people new to a area don't have any friends there and no one likes to be alone
so he is just hangin around someone to feel needed
don't worrie if he doesnt stop in acouple weeks or months just bring it to thair attention and thay will stop

MY FRIEND HAS A FRIEND LIKE THAT NOW. DOESN'T WANT HER TO HAVE ANY OTHER FRIENDS. SO SHE HAS BACKED OFF FROM THE CLINGY FRIEND. DON'T KNOW WHY PEOPLE WANT TO BE LIKE THAT. AND PEOPLE CAN HAVE LOTS OF FRIENDS, DON'T HAVE TO HAVE JUST ONE LIKE THE CLINGY ONES WANT.
