Hi there!
Some people have that problem and I don't think you can do too much about it from inside but there is the other way.
I work as a make up stylist and there is very good, natural looking make up from Helen E.
There is a compact called DUO - Skin smoother. 1. The yellow concealer helps reduce the shadows under your eyes, and the skin smoother will give your skin natural and beautiful look. Recommended to all as I have seen lots of Ladies looking great in that make up. The cost is £10 on a stand and around £12 on the Internet.

You will love it!

I have heard that Models use Preparation H for the swolen eyes or bags under the eyes. It reduces the swelling nicely. I think you get swollen eyes if you were crying the night before, even if you slept well. It could also mean you have too much salt in your diet and other bad dietary habits. Just a thought. hope it helps.

I have dark bags under my eyes as well, I have had them since I was a little girl, I've never been able to get rid of them, some people are just born with them & they never go away. If this is your case, use a good coverup to even out your skin tone, this helps me a lot. Also, a good concealer (yellow) could be used under your eyes.

Bags under the eyes that are permanently visible are probably small fatty deposits. These are more pronounced in some people than others. The only way to completely remove them is with cosmetic surgery. It's not something that you can diet away.
Unless they are really grotesque, which I doubt they are, I wouldn't worry too much.
I bet you're just lovely with or without your bags. :)
