Call a vet?

Get this cat to the vet NOW!! Most animals don't break their "water" until the infant is in the birth canal. This continual leaking and lack of contractions could mean a kitten has gotten stuck in the birth canal. Usually when contractions stop, it is not a good sign and the cat will need emergency surgery if she is to survive. If she has not even started contracting, and you are 200% sure of this (you have been watching her day and night) you will still want her taken to the vet ASAP.

I'm going to have to agree that calling a vet is a good idea. Cats don't normally leak amniotic fluid for hours before giving birth. Humans aren't even supposed to do that. I find it odd that she's leaking fluid, but not experiencing any pain. I have heard of this happening to pregnant women, and it can be fatal to the baby....because the amniotic fluid which the child needs to survive slowly drain out of the mother.

She needs a vet, NOW. If her waters have broken and she has been 'leaking' all day there is a possibility of contamination and infection, which could be disasterous to both the cat and the kittens. And if she continues to 'leak' she faces a dry birth, which can also have disasterous results.
Take her to the vet, pronto.

How long ago did her water break? Call your vet just to make sure one isn't stuck.

If she hasnt given birth within 2 hours of her water breaking PLEASE call your vet, she could be having difficulties and may need medical assistance. your vet will be able to tell you whether you need to bring her in or if you shoudl wait longer...

I hope shes ok.
