It means that who ever said it isn't trying to anything about the situation that you've asked about. They want to ride it out and if later on it turns out to be something more you guys can take it from there but if not "Oh well".

it means that people believe in a greater power that is guiding us and helping us through life so basically if something is supposed to happen god will make it so and if it isn't god will make sure that it doesn't happen

so you leave it up to the greater power to decide

there is a plan in life.........directed by One much greater than feeble human minds

each life has a path and direction to take......

some will be called to love
some will be called to serve
some will be called to be heros
some will be called to care beyond another

we all have things to be accomplished in life

if something is to be worked out - it will according to that life path
