Ingredients:
1. chicken - 1 kg
2. ginger - 100-150 gms
3. greenchillies - 10-12 nos
4. onion - 200 gms
5. capsicum - 1 medium
6. soya sauce - 1 tsp
7. corn flour - 1 tbspn
8. celery and spring onion chopped - 1 tbspn each
9. oil - 4 tbspn
10. salt to taste
Method:
1. Wash and marinate chicken, adding salt for 1/2 hr.
2. In a kadai, heat oil, add chopped ginger and saute till it becomes soft.
3. Then add chicken to it and saute till it becomes soft.
4. Add sufficient water and cook for 10-15 mins.
5. When it is cooked, add diced onion, green chillies and capsicum to it.
6. Saute till it becomes soft.
7. Can pour the corn flour mixed with 1/4 cup of water to it cook for five mins.
8. Garnish with celery and spring onion.

any chicken recipe will have the following ingredients.
garlic, onion( red ones add taste), ginger, chillies, tomato, cilantro, chillies, turmeric, salt, mint, garam masala, bay leaves, cinnomom.
So if u want ginger chicken just add more ginger
