do people still get stoned in the street in arabia if they look at a women?

I am not sure, but they do still get stoned in the street for other crimes. Iran just had a woman stoned to death for adultery a few months ago.

No..stoning is a punishment for a man or a woman who comittes adultery..and this has many conditions to confirm which include:
1.Either the person admits his act or the presence of four "not less" just and known to be honest witnesses.
2.The act must be complete sexual intercourse not merely kissing or hugging.
3.In case of admit only the partner who admits is punished.
4.If he / she escapes no one should follow him/ her.
5.If the accused person is unmarried the punishment is 100 lashes on the back without cutting flesh or breaking bone.

This is a brief info about adultery punishment in Islam..but in many Islamic countries Sharia is not applied by the governments so you will find only Saudi Arabia and Iran applying this punishment..also it is hard to find four just honest witnesses who saw the act of intercourse..this also limits the use of stoning punishment so much.

there is no place called "arabia" but maybe u mean Saudi Arabia.
if so, the answer is no, women can walk down the street, gop shopping and do whatever they like in a decent way, it is a bit strict country but they follow the rules of Islam, so they are not wrong.
all women should be veiled in Saudi arabia, but they are recently allowed to show their hair in certain places there.
