It's entirely a matter of your self-esteem. If you have a special relationship with yourself and nothing is too good for you, then it has to be Sheba. If you're fussy, or cuddly, or concerned about a healthy diet, then choose an advertised brand accordingly. Otherwise, any old rubbish will do.

Tender Vittles. It's not crunchy like dry food, yet not mushy like canned food. It's perfect!
12 packets Tender Vittles (any flavor)
3/4 cup milk
1 tablespoon butter
1 teaspoon anchovy paste
1 recipe pastry for a 9 inch double crust pie
Prepare your pastry for a two crust pie. Combine cat food, milk, and anchovy paste and arrange in pastry lined pie plate. Dot top layer with small pieces of butter or margarine. Cover with top crust. Bake for 10 minutes at 450 degrees, then reduce oven temperature to 350 degrees and bake for 30 to 35 minutes longer. Serve warm or cold.

I find that big fluffy tabby cats chopped up with some pieces of kidney - topped off with short crust pastry. Bingo - a real treat

I enjoy a pie made of minced Persian, or maybe mangled siamese. Want the recipe. I hate onions.

Wow, that's so cool that you make pie for your cats! Just use their favorite brand! And maybe sneak a little catnip in there...you know for flavoring.
