Double end bags are tricky, untie the laces and slowly pull the bag out of the opening most of the time the manufacture puts a lot of glue around the air stem (nipple) since you're replacing the bladder you don't have to worry about ripping the bag but you also don't want to rip any of inner leather off either so use a little common sense when it comes to tearing the bladder away from the leather.
Once you have all of the old bladder out of the leather, insert your new bladder in the opening air stem first if you want to put some Super Glue or all purpose glue around the stem opening you can. Make sure the bladder is not all bunched up, when you put the air in into the bladder you want it to be as round as possible. Lace the bag back shut and put air into the baladder to your desireable touch and have at it.
Good Luck Jenny G.
