Why not try a local wine merchant and see if they have any going free or at a minimal cost. Worth a try in my book. Don't ask then you don't get. Good Luck.

Aside from your local liquor store, have you tried yard sales? I've picked up many of them for storage of papers and whatnot for just a couple bucks.
