well when i was in tracki could do about a six minute mile but know probably between 10-15 minutes
i knew someone who could run a three minute mile he was super uber fast but he was 14 and in really good shape
it depends on how fit you are and your endurance level
also the type of terrain wouyld came into play you can do a faster mile if the ground is flat than when there are hills
so really i dont know but if you have a trainer ask him/her they would probably kno

I believe that is well on your age and frame kind. You can scale down it through plenty for those who run ordinarily. I'm a sophomore and my great is five:02 (from freshman yr). It must be good underneath five:00 now, however I have not ran one million mile in an race but this yr.

A mormal man can run as fast as 25-30 Km/Hour in short duration. An athlete can go up to 35 KM/hr.

i run in about 12 minutes. - 26yo f
my husband is 36 and runs it in 10.5 or so.
