Try running without moving forward, hitting your foot against your bottom, jump with your legs in the form of a table (so bend your knees and jump sideways) while you stretch and pull your arms,... Sorry, hard to explain... rent a video or take classes (like me).

Go to the video store and look at some tapes, rent them first to try them out. But the ones you like.
