help with story?

Question

okay im writing a story, and i need help with a very silly thing but anyway,

the main character is a footballer.
okay now please don't laugh, but i can't make up my mind about where he should meet his girlfriend. i don't want them to meet at a nightclub, as is the case with most footballers.

he is a professional soccer player
and i wanted to make her different from the typical wag so I decided that she's either a journalist or works in publishing.
oh, and the story is based in london.

She's a museum curator. He likes the museum (art, natural history, whatever) because it's one place he can go where he's not recognised. (People don't expect to see footballers in museums.)

The journalist thing has been done more than enough times.
Besides, any reputable journalist would not date a news subject.
Likewise, nurses dating patients is frowned upon.

if he's a high profile footballer they could meet at a press conference but it sounds a bit too obvious. if he plays for a local team and isn't well known they could meet in any environment - i met the love of my life at a swimming pool of all places.

He meets her when he spots her broken down at the side of the road.He offers to help her change her tyre and it goes on from there.

He gets hurt at a game and she's his nurse. She thinks he's a conceited oaf because he's fairly famous, but in reality, he's a cool guy who's down to earth and decent.

well I think you should make him meet her at a public pool or somewhere casual than at a loud place like usual.
