no, get him drunk again and screw his brains out, then have your friend come over and you leave...that ought to screw with his mind!

You are really using "they were drunk" as an excuse? So when if happens again what are you going to accept as an excuse? You need to dump Mr. Man and make your fiend and ex-friend and more of an acquaintance. So what if they were at a party and drunk...their clothes accidentally came off and they accidentally slept together?
In the end, the choice is yours on how you handle the situation, but don't let people mislead you and take you for a fool.
Good Luck.

If you accept, "I was drunk and I did not know what I was doing..." as an excuse, then you can expect to hear it from him forever. My fiance' told me that she had slept with a guy at a party when she was drunk when she was married to her ex...as soon as I heard he say the words, "...but I was drunk, and..." I cut her off and told her that I would never accept that as an excuse with us, drunk or sober, if she cheated, then she should just come up to me and ask me to bend over so she can kiss my *** goodbye. Dump him and her, let them both know you know, what have you got to be ashamed of, they are the cheaters and liars...

Being drunk is not an excuse for your actions. If this person was truly your friend it would never have happened. Plus, with a boyfriend like that I think you would be much better off by yourself. I would tell them you know what happened and kick them both to the curb.

My mom always said, "Drunks speak a sober mind." I think that covers having sex too. Alcohol releases a person from their inhibitions. Some people black out completely and don't realize what they said or did. Still, at least ONE of them was present enough to initiate and engage in the sex act. BOTH of them know about you.
DUMP THEM BOTH.

Both drunk... heh... yeah maybe... it sounds like the usual excuse.
They both screwed up. My opinion is, if he cheated on you now, he has a high chance of doing it again. If he really was drunk, then he might do it again the next time he gets drunk.
Find yourself a better guy.
Tell your friend that "best friends" dont sleep with each others significant others.

Get rid of the guy and tell your best friend that she needs help. Then never talk to her again. With "best" friends like that you don't need enemies. They knew what they were doing and they didn't care how you would feel. Drinking is just their excuse and there is no reason for doing this kind of thing to a friend.

Dump him in a split second and honestly reconsider your friendship, if she's done it once are you sure she hasn't done it before or wouldn't do it again. People tend to bring out their true feelings when drunk not do things against character, take Mel Gibson for example.

Put him in the dog house for a month. Make him kiss your ***, buy you things, take you out to dinner, foot massage. Then dump him for your friends boyfriend.
