Okay, first of all let me say something...I KNOW IT'S NOT HEALTHY!! It's a one time thing. I know I'm going to feel like crap, but I still need to try.

I'm not overweight, I work out on a daily basis and I eat well, the military thinks that I need to be thinner, that's why I'm asking this. I'm just trying to lose enough weight to make the weigh in on Tuesday, after that I'm not doing this anymore.

WOW! all the previous answers,1st of all sweat is gained back by drinking water so using extra sweats, belts or pants are just useless,as soon as you consume one cup of water, you gain the weight back.NUTRITION you must intake less calories than what you burn.DONT STOP EATING! just eat healthier such as fresh fruits, tuna, special k,vegetables, white rice and baked chicken, also try drinking %2 milk or water. my recommendation drink 3 cups of green tea daily, helps boost your metabolism & is EXTREMELY healthy for you is even proved to help you burn an extra 65 calories a day.WORKOUT plan your workout correctly, mon-weight-tue-cardio-wed.rest-thur-weight-fri-cardio-sat-rest. repeat. when you do cardio it helps strectch & build a better immune system, when you weigh train it turns fat into muscle, muscle burns more calories even when you sleep, remember 3,500 calories make a lb, so watch what you eat!, you cannot workout for 5 hours a day over exercising your body is dangerous. not eating also dangerous.

I determined the e-book to be very informative and convenient to learn. I've misplaced 17 kilos in 12 days, I'm simply worried that I'm wasting an excessive amount of weight, too rapidly. I will admit I have not adopted the consultant precisely. I'm now not sticking flawlessly to the indexed meals and meal plans (however often) and doing little or no activity, however the weight maintains flying off. It naturally works and if I'd adopted it precisely I feel it could scare the residing daylights out of me given that of the volume that I'd lose. So thank you once more for the knowledge. I've certainly not bought some thing like this earlier than given that they're generally filled with trash, however 3WD has been a first-class shock. Get began in these days!

Let me make a point here.............

How about ALL your weight in a DAY? You know what that is called? Death. I guess you get my point by now.

What I mean by this is: There is no healthy way to do this. 12 lbs in 6 days. Are you nuts?

I have heard people have done the following methods and were able to lose 12 lbs. Be warned: following methods are not healthy.

1. Water diet. Drink water till you float. Eat 800 calories a day.
2. Banana diet: Nothing but banana. Eat till you puke..!
3. Diet pills and nothing else.
4. Diet drinks (looks like a strawberry shake), and nothing else.
5. Exercise 5 hours a day AND any of or all of 1 thru 4 above.

After that, if you are still alive, please drop me a line - will ya?

1. Work out daily on an eliptical machine and other machines. Burn more than 500 calories a day.
2. Significantly decrease your calorie intake.

I lost 8 pounds in a week. I ate grapes and almonds for lunch nearly every day. Breakfast was cut back to a bananna and some milk and a multi vitamin. I cut out any and all high calorie items for dinner. I never snacked. Drink water instead of other drinks like softdrinks.

Near the end of the week I desperately wanted something high in fat. The cravings were substantial.

You'd have to average losing 2 pounds a day and there's no way to do that and be healthy. You should give yourself more time to lose that much weight but if you would like to lose 6 pounds in 6 days that's do-able. A twelve pound weight loss would mean 0 calorie and 0 carbs intake and constant excercising and a colon cleansing. All you do is drink water. Is it worth it?

This is what worked for me. I did 200 minutes of cardio every week. I did planks and other abs exercises on alternate days. On training days, I did 5-10 minutes of cardio to warm up, then weight training, followed by more cardio.

Don't look at your scale as the be all and end all, but get a measuring tape to check your progress, and that will show more tangible results.

Good luck!

Eat right. Exercise, because you have to get your heart rate up in order to burn fat.

But if you just want the number to be less, you can spit all of the time, but that isn't really effective for losing real weight.

This really works. Do not eat anything after 6pm everyday. Without food in your stomach when you go to sleep will help you lose weight.

No, that is virtually impossible. That would be 2lbs a day. You should aim to lose 2-4lbs a week maximum by cutting calories and exercising everyday.

Workout in the morning before you eat anything at all that way your body has fasted for at least 8 hrs. and you will be burning the fat and not the breakfast you just ate.
