It is kinda on the high price side but if you want a real smooth tequila then I have to say Patron is by far the smoothest. I have tried alot of them and this is by far the best if you are willing to pay a little bit more. Taking shots with this you don't even need the lime after it is how smooth it goes down. but be careful because of its smoothness you can shoot them down one after the other but it will put you on your *** in a heartbeat

Make sure you get it unchilled b/c when it comes chilled it tastes watered down.
Smoothest Tequila around, no training wheels needed!

Casa Noble No.1 very nice with spices and citrus notes, very smooth
Tesoro No. 2 also nice with fruit notes
Centinela No. 3 nice sweet vanilla and fruit notes
I don't understand how some people put Patron, taste is like watter, I guess they are taken by their strong marketing.

This isn't top shelf, but I like the blue Tarantula Tequila, very smooth, esp. when mixed with blue Tarantula Margarita Mix and Ice in a blender.
