My 2 bottom wisdom teeth were removed on Friday 9/29 and today is Thursday 10/5 and I'm still alittle swolen, I feel a little pain on all my bottom teeth and I have this weird taste in my mouth. I've been following all the instructions my dental surgeon gave me and am drinking all my medication like I'm suppose to. Could this be an infection or is it normal?

Lower wisdom teeth are a lot more prone to the swelling/pain symptoms you describe. Most oral surgeons will see you for a follow-up appt. to remove sutures if necessary and check the status of the healing. If you don't have an appointment I bet they would be happy to see you for a quick check. If you can't get in I would recommend waiting until Mon. or Tues. and by then if still swelling and/or pain then go in for an check. If the meds you are taking are antibiotic only then I would add 400-600mg of ibuprofen if you can take it as the anti-inflammatory affects would be helpful until symptoms are gone.

It will take a couple of weeks for things to get back to normal after wisdom tooth removal. I hope this helps.

yes you may feel like that for a few days as the swelling goes down you feel lots better.
try some ice , and if you can take it Advil or some other ibuprofen i also used warm salt water and very gently moved the water side to side this will help it heal too.

It's normal. It can talk up to 2 weeks for it to heal.
