Hi. I'm a 39 year old CF'er that had a bi-lateral lung transplant two years ago so I'd like to thank you for helping raise funds to find better treatments and a cure. I don't live near your area but here are my suggestions:

Try the local radio stations, news paper and TV stations.

The CF treatment center in that area could also possibly post something at both the center and on their website, assuming they have one. Allergists or pulmonologists it the area may be willing to help, as would other medical facilities, urgent care clinics, etc.

Try to get an advertising tie-in with the team(s) playing the game.

Check with the local colleges/universities, trade schools, etc. to see if they will allow you to place flyers or make announcements in their publications, etc.

Contact some of the larger companies and retailers in the area and ask them to buy tickets - they may even consider "raffling" the tickets which could net more than the standard selling price.

Check with the various health/racquet/country clubs to see if they will help pass on the information.

Talk to the vendors that are providing the food/drinks to see if they will make their employees aware of the fund raiser.

Best wishes and please thank all the people attending/donating their time/products/money on behalf of all of the CF community.

not from Cleveland but just looking around i found like 10 message boards for your city and many chat rooms your cause is a worthy one so i suggest you visit your local chat and message boards also go to your local stores and ask to sale your tickets their. have others take your tickets to their work and sale them also take them to your local church ask the pasture priest or what ever to help when i was younger i asked my priest to make an announcement that i was selling tickets to an event for aids he did i sold 200 tickets as soon as mass was over so that is a good way to do it.
