The first attraction is always physical. The way a person looks. Without that there is no next step, with the exception of Internet or pen pals. Even then he's going to want a pic.
Man first desires,. Once a man desires you, you should then ask , how do I get a guy to love me. Complete different process.
My advice would be to work on yourself as best you can.
Become a good listener and be attentive. Listen to his stories, ask his advice. Show sincere interest.
