My husband has an event and I need to fit into this great dress, but I need to lose 10 pounds in 10 days. Any suggestions? I don't need to lectures - just someone who knows how to do it. Thanks

Stack Body Tune Up. I lost 8 pounds the first 10 days and pastor friend of mine just emailed me and he lost 10 pounds in 7 days.

I have lost a total of 32.5 since July, 2006.

I'd say drink lots and lots of water to make it so you arent hungry... Also I did the "48 hour celebrity diet" before and lost 5 pounds in 1.5 days.... I mean I gained it all back but if you need to just for one night then it works... its a juice bottle and i think they still sell it at walmart.
