FSH (Full Service History) is what you want to be looking for, this should mean that they have documentation showing that the car has been serviced and maintained for the whole of it's life.

Shipping/Handling? Not really sure for a car, but usually that's what it means....why not call the place and ask them...trust me, you are not the only one that is wondering (and you are NOT stupid!) and the more calls they get from people asking for clarification, the more clear they'll be in their next ad.
Now pick up the phone sweetie..you can do it...don't feel intimidated...they're just a bunch of sales people--yuk!

It means second hand...which means used....not necessarily 1 previous owner.
Check Carfax before purchasing a used car and make sure the dealer certifies it. If buying form an individual it will probably be "as is".

I would say it means "Service History" - which means the people who are selling looked after it by keeping iot maintained well.
It could also mean Second Hand but its obviously second hand if they are selling it.

Normally it means service history, partial or full service history.
Here are examples-
F/S/H = Full serivce history
PART S/H = imcomplete service history. May have not been serivced at recommended intervals.
FF/SH = Full ford sevice history
F/ VW /SH = Full volkswagen service history
F/D/SH = Full dealer service history
Your not being stupid this can confuse any body, seriously.
