i would have to go with margreat thatcher she was the most important political figure in the world and led britain with example and would never let britain get flooded with imagrants and never let europe rule the rule over us. she had guts and back bone and we need somone like this in todays world.

I was on a site earlier that had lists of the most evil people and the people who did the most good. Margaret Thatcher was the only living person on an evil list. Gorbachev got the nobel peace prize and $1,000,000 for helping to end MAD - Mutually assured destruction and the cold war - I'll nominate him! But I'm pleased to see you didn't use any upper case characters in your question - at least her supporters like you and Teflon Tone are still as stupid as ever.

Saddam Hussein or Osama Bin Laden. Now before you get mad thinking I'm some kind of anti-patriot or terrorist, hear me out. I don't think anybody else has influenced the world as much as these two men. So much of our world policies are because of them. They have brought us together, torn us apart, killed, maimed and threatened so many people. Unfortunately they are important, albeit in a very bad way!

I would say Jimmy Carter. After being President of the US he has gone onto tackle verious world problems. Monitored elections in countless countries. What have any of your other past world leaders done once they left office on the world stage?

I would have to say Princess Diana. From the scandel of her affair and divorce to the horrifici way she died, she was loved by almost eveyone. And although she was royalty, she still rolled up her sleeves went to third-world contries and helped.
