A way to actually find out? That would be "ask". However, it is rare that people can disquise their change in body language after having physical relations. Look at their eye contact, body language, and state of relaxed-ness when together. If it was just a fling you won't notice too much, except maybe extra distance if they're trying to hide it. BUT if theres real affection involved, their familiarity will be hard to miss. Still, it's all a bit of a crap shoot, because sometimes it depends on what you WANT to see. Best Wishes.

depends on if the relationship is suppose to be a secret or not. If they don't want anyone to find out or if they are trying to maintain professionalism in the office then they probably would act normally as if nothing had happened. If its not a secret and everything was good they will probably be stealing glances with each other all day long.

Well if your talking about high school,
the relationship between the person normally changes,
they both feel weird or at least the girl.
As far as looks, you might see the occassional walking away really fast or avoiding seeing the other person.
