I have only sampled this once when I stayed over in Dublin but I believe the ingredients are similar to those used in black pudding but without the pigs blood! Still containing a number of various meaty offcut's and leftovers it is more cereal/grain based.

Like Black Pudding except it has more fat than blood. Fried in oil it is very tasty with Bacon, Eggs or Chips. Made from offal of pigs.

It is the same as black pudding, but instead of their been more blood there is more fat, which makes it white rather than black.

More or less the same ingredients as black pudding.
Oats, pigs blood and fat.

Definitely NOT white chocolate like some folks have suggested.

Cut it into slices and fry it. Lovely.

This is either in the style of a French boudin blanc with white meat, breadcrumbs, cream and eggs or just a cereal filling and onions.

It could be Vanilla pudding, or white chocolate.

Fine oatmeal, suet, onions, seasoned with salt and pepper, very easy, you can make it in the microwave, or steam like a dumpling
