okay im writing a story, and i need help with a very silly thing but anyway,
the main character is a footballer.
okay now please don't laugh, but i can't make up my mind about where he should meet his girlfriend. i don't want them to meet at a nightclub, as is the case with most footballers.

okay i got an idea. the girl in your story gets invited to a football match on a very windy North London afternoon. at some point during the match she loses the contents in her purse and one of her business cards with her picture on it gets blown away. later after the match the footballer goes to his car and finds the business card stuck on his windshield wiper blade. he removes it and looks at the picture and thinks she's hot so he decides to contact her. thats all i got on such short notice. good luck

What sport is a footballer? Is that soccer or American football? In any event.....
She could be driving along and get a flat. She's out of the car, with her head stuck in the trunk of the car, rooting around for the jack and spare tire. He's driving from the game to the club where he's scheduled to meet up with his teammates. Eventhough it's out of character for him, he decides to stop and help.....
There you go. How's that?

team party (she's friends with another player's wife/girlfriend and comes as their guest)

maybe u can have them meet at a park or grocery store. or you can have him met her at her place of employment (ie.bank or some lavish company) Don't make him the average football player. I hope this helps

She shouuld go to get his autograph at his practice session (assuming he is a professional footballer). Slightly far fetched, but it is a story after all.
