Let say... you went out with a girl...
And then... this girl... really into you... however... you're like two continents apart and there is no communication between each other for let say a month...

Is there a (real) possibility that the feelings are lost?
Or feelings will not go away just like that...?

I guess this girl wasn't really into you. Seems like there never was any feelings there in the first place. No they don't go away that fast. I'd forget her and just move on, she is not interested, maybe at first she thought she was, but obviously not. Good Luck

Yes, they can. Girls can put up what is called a "brick wall" and totally eliminate the feelings that they have/had for a guy. Plus since you two are living two continents apart it would be much easier for this to be true. She could possible busy herself with something/someone else in order to get her thoughts/feelings of/for you to go away. You should ask her where she sees the relationship going and if it has serious potential, because if not then you are just wasting your time.

Yes. Did you ever have a person you didn't care for and at some point were forced into their company for a project or whatever - and found at the end that you had more in common than your realized, maybe even developed a Friend ship. But once the project was done you moved on and realized it was just the close quarters and not any real bond. Same thing - and "girl" indicates a younger age where forever is much shorter than forever.

If there were ever real feelings they wouldn't just go away like that. The girl might act like they did, but if they were real they won't just disappear.

If you really think that her feelings just disappeared like that, it's quite possible that they were never there to begin with.

Time and distance can quickly change things. Life goes on and a person can't keep living their lives for someone who isn't there. I'm sure she just decided she had a life to live and has moved forward is all. She may still have some feelings for you but they aren't what they were.

Haven't seen each other or talked for a month?

Sounds like she's found a dude in that time frame where she could express her feelings.

I dated a guy for a year and a half and my feelings went away. He got over it though. He's married now!

feelings will not go away just like that. but determination can make the girl hold off if the guy is not showing her care. :)
