Stationary bike. A treadmill is really hard on your joints and can lead to injury a lot more easily.

Both are good for cardio, but I would recommend the bike, cause it is gentler on the knee joints than running on a treadmill.

Treadmill is better, but even better than treadmill is rowing, which uses both your upper and lower body. Studies have proven that more calories are burned during rowing exercises.

Both are great. if you have joint pains then the bike, but you're on the right track
