To move from friend to b/f successfully depends on several things - chiefly if she already has a boyfriend, if happily so, then it's best to remain just a friend. If she's single or unhappy in her relationship then find out her interests, be supportive and invite her out to some of the things/places she likes. If you're "cool" enough and her "type" - then you can tell if she's responding to your flirtations, when the time is right (when she's feeling good with you) ask her why don't you both start dating.

You cant make someone be your girlfriend... it has to be mutual.. if you both enjoy doing stuff together and enjoy the same things then you could have a chance with her... You can ask her if she likes you if the answer is no then there is not a way to make her your girlfriend. If the answer is yes then you have a chance..

Take your time with her and don't try to rush her into anything.
