Have you ever noticed that when summer roles around, and people start mowing their lawns, their grass grows REALLY quickly? They have to mow about every weekend to keep the grass looking nice. Hair is very much like grass. If you trim it, it will grow.
Don’t believe me? Just look to your legs. How many times do you shave your legs in a week? Do you notice how fast your hair grows? It is because when you cut/trim your hair you hair wishes to gross faster.
I suggest you trim your hair every month, just a half inch. Not only will you keep split ends away, but your hair will grow faster.
Good luck!

It depends on your hairstructure. Like I have long hair now and didn't trimmed it for at least a year. But it was healthy enough to do so.
If you see your hair gets splitting ends, it's time to trim a little (2-3cm) above the splitting ends. Also pay attention when your hair looses it's shine, because that's the sign of starting to split.
Use conditioner when you wash your hair, it can help.

Brush Ur hair everyday and all the time.. It is not true about getting Ur ends trimmed.. Ur hair grows out of the scalp and not at the ends,, If u message Ur scalp it make the blood flow.. If the blood is flowing it is actually feeding the root of Ur hair Bud... and that how truly it grows.... Brushing is one way of massage....Give it about a month or 2 and see....

To grow healthy, long hair, have it trimmed every 6 weeks.
This allows for your hair to grow faster and healthier. It also rids you of split ends.
