Personally, the Buddha.
However, I would like to make a small point that 'God' and 'Allah' are not only 'God's' but the same God at that.
Also, Buddhism is completely different to the other two religions in many different ways:-
- The Buddha was not a God.
- Buddhism is more of a philisophical way of life, than a legalistic religion, such as the other two.
- Buddhism is originally 'Easern' where as Christianity and Islam are of 'Western' origin.
I know that you didn't as for any of the details or anything, but everyone else seemed to mention stuff, so I thought I'd include a bit! : )

First of all Buddah is not a god, he is just some philosopher, in a way I guess it is possible to be a Christian buddhist. The question of God or Allah is all based on who Jesus Christ was. Muslims say he is a prophet, but considering the fact that He claimed to be the only way to heaven and God's son, no prophet is wrong on their biggest piont.

Different names for the same diety. God is the Christian name, Allah is the Muslim name, Yahweh is the Jewish name.
Jesus is the 'son of God', Mohammed is the Prophet of Allah, Buddah is a Prophet, not a God.

If I had to choose, I'd go for Buddah simply because he is not and never was a god. He was a man who demonstrated a "decent" moral way of life, nothing else.
Gods who don't exist outside the imagination of the mentally inadequate aren't worth considering.

God and Allah are the same Almighty being, and Buddha did not call himself god he was just a teacher for people to make their own way.
I'll believe in the Almighty explains the catalyst of creation in the universe whereas the cycle to Nirvana does not.
But you have to choose your own path.

Looking for some Truth?
Buddha was wise, it's true. Was he powerful? No. Buddha is dead.
Allah? Allah was a moon-god idol in ancient Arabia. (Something the Muslims forget to mention). His representative, Mohammed, made up stories to convince people Allah was God. Those he didn't convince he put to the sword. He preached peace, yet waged war. His followers convince everyone they're "peaceful", until their buttons are pushed and they become fanatics. Mohammed, too, is dead.
God? God is the Big-Guy, Creator, #1, Grand-Imperial Pooh-bah. He says what he does, and he does what he says. He's got love and compassion out the wazoo. Study the life of Jesus Christ, and you'll get to know God the Father. Only Jesus got up and walked out of his grave. ;)
Good luck in your quest! Send me an email or an IM if you want to talk.
