& asusal they point the figers on somebody as the source & tell ppl that they r only following rules as per the quran

The violence is being committed by Muslim fundamentalists who are not representative of all Muslims. The terrorists during the Crusades were the Christians who slaughtered both Muslims and Jews alike. During times of economic distress, the have-nots eventually strike out. Often they do this in the name of religion.

No more than members of any other religious group. There are extremist Christians who bomb abortion clinics: are they indicative of Christianity as a whole?

And there are violent parts of many religious texts. Deuteronomy, for example, commands that Christians kill those who worship other Gods...

ugh.

well, they would need to kill for a long time to catch up with christians,, between the crusades, and the inquisitions... not to mention the holocaust... btw, i'm not muslim.

doesn't feel good to have your religion grouped together, and to stand accountable for "radicals" does it?

if you live in littletown, USA, and your neighbor bombs someone, and then says, i'm just doing the "littletown" thing, can i say YOU are a terrorist?

Yeah, and they like to point at ancient history about people killing instead of focusing on their behavior today. It's like theyre saying "Christians killed people in the crusades hundreds of years ago, so it's OK for us to do it today"
