You could turn that into a cheese fountain! Seriously though, nachos... or some type of fondue party would be great.

I use Velveeta all of the time to make nachos. I brown a pound or two of ground beef and add a packet of taco seasoning. I put a pound of the meat in the slow cooker with the velveeta (cut in cubes), a jar of salsa and then I cut up some Jalepeno's and put them in there. I let it cook until the cheese is melted. Then I put my chips on a cookie sheet, top it with more meat, then the cheese and then more meat (we like them meaty). I top it with some tomato, onion, black olives and mild peppers. They are so good!!! Oh can't forget the sour cream and more salsa too :-)

Ummm, I wouldn't really reccommend Velveeta to make anything but, I do have to admit nachos taste decent with it. Here's a recipe, hope you like it :)

VELVEETA CLASSIC NACHO DIP
1/2 c. chopped onion
2 tbsp. butter
1 lb. Velveeta cheese, cubed (you can just double this)
1 (8 oz.) jar salsa
2 tbsp. chopped cilantro
Saute onion in butter, reduce heat to low. Add remaining ingredients, stir until process cheese is melted. Serve hot with tortilla chips.

MEATY NACHO DIP
1 lb.(16 oz.) Velveeta pasteurized prepared cheese product
1 roll Jimmy Dean hot or original sausage
1 can Rotel Mexican tomatoes (for less spicy flavor, use original)
Brown meat until fully cooked. Should be very little grease. Meanwhile cut Velveeta into small cubes. When meat is fully cooked slowly add cubes of Velveeta, while stirring frequently. Turn burner to medium/high.
When Velveeta is melted turn burner to medium/low. Add Rotel Tomato mix. Mix well.

Best when dip is hot or kept warm. Great with chips, in tacos or burritos, or even omlettes.

Just add 2 cans of rotel tomatoes to one pound of velveeta cheese. Its a great cheese dip and taste great with frito big scoops. You could also add some sausage or beef if you like!

Yes indeed! Melt it with almost the same quanity of salsa or picante sauce, either in MW or over the stove, set on low. Whisk often. A splash of pickled jalapeno pepper juice gives it interest w/o it being too hot.

My dad used to make a cheese dip out of it all the time. You pour in some salsa and microwave it and it comes out really good. Add as much salsa as you want. You can pour it over chips to instead of having it as a dip.
