A smile is just a frown turned upside down, my friend.
Smiling faces, sometimes tell lies, and I got proof.
Happiness runs in a circular motion.

happiness is when you are feeling happy, joyful, satified contented and any other generally feel good feeling. you mostly have a warm, safe , satified and great feeling.
the source of this feeling may be from the presence of someone that means a great deal to you, something that you do or someone has done for you, it may arise from something that someone has said to you like a joke or praise for a job well done. some times happiness may be derived from some thing beautiful, some thing you see, like the sun rising or a fluer or just a little child having a good time.smells may also evoke a feeling of happiness a wiff of a perfume reminding you of a loved one, a wet doggy smell evoking memories of a beloved pet or the smell of sausages frying bringing along memories of happy times spent in the kitchen while your mother is cooking your breakfast. a touch of a good friend, a hug ,a kiss, the feeling of fur under your hands or the smooth feeling of silk. the taste of a child hood favourite food.as you can see happiness can be brought about by the various senses.
happiness can lift you up to great heights ,it it can give you strength , the ability to do things that you otherwise cannot or will not do.happiness can also be a shield and a source of strengh in bad times.
a smile is a physical of happiness, it may range forma goofy grin form doing something silly to a bright sunny smile rivaling the Sun itself. a smile may be false done to cover sadness or fear or any other negative feeling , this is done so that friends or loved one will not unduely worry. then there is the smile sinister, this is
done to convey a false feeling of friendliness or happiness and this is done with bad intensions in mind.
well i hope that you're happy with this, if not then may be you should elobarate and we can do something better.
God bless,
gabe

Happiness is a state of mind.
Feeling one with your surrounding is inner happiness.
It is a state where all senses become one,
When all senses i.e eyes, ears, nose, tongue, mind and hands are in tune with each other can be called as Happiness, or Absence of conflict is happiness, and it comes from within.
It motivates us for action.like your friend is a good guitar player and recently won an award, you are happy with his achievement and decides to through a surprise party!i.e action!
It's very difficult to differentiate happiness from smile because both are inter connected.
o.k I'll try.................
Happiness duration is longer for e.g when you were born your parents were very happy.
By remembering those days it bring a smiles in their face.
Smile is short lived i.e when we meet people we smile to greet them I mean you can smile of your own too!!
Generally physical substance is required for smiling for e.g when you look at a mirror you smile. because you are happy about the way you look!! again they are inter connected.
U can not which one comes first is it the happiness or smile or vice verse.
and last but not the least,
You can say smile is the physical expression of Happiness!!!!
hope you got it!!!!
