I think if somebody makes laws and breaks them the punishment should be ten times anybody else. If they make severe laws and make a claim on being tough on criminals they should be punished a hundred times and as the bible says, "Even unto the tenth generation." I understand that Foley is an unmarried homosexual but the principle should be general.
The fact that he was abused by Catholic Priests should have little bearing, even though he should have been getting help with this long ago.

Unless those knuckles are wrapped around an underage penis, I'd do something a little more drastic and permanent.
Can you believe the man tried to blame alcohol? Ohhh yeah! Every time you and I have a drink, we immediately think about sodomizing young boys, right?

well, you are a nun, so you know how many times you can smack knuckles with one ruler before it breaks....multiply that number by how many rulers you have (if you are having other nuns help you, they will need to do the same and add all your numbers together)
